PRICING

All prices quoted are subject to change at any time at the discretion of Raptor Outfitters. All prices are quoted in New Zealand dollars (NZD $). Raptor Outfitters reserves the right to reject any orders which include incorrect prices (whether due to our error, or third-party source errors including pricing provided by manufacturer or translation errors, etc). Prices are not negotiable and do not include postage and handling. Postage and handling costs will be calculated when completing the order. All sales include New Zealand GST of 15% at checkout.

SHIPPING

All our items are warehouse packed for safe delivery. We ship all products by Track & Trace courier. This usually takes between 1 to 5 working days depending on the delivery service in the destination area. We normally ship products within three business days unless requested otherwise. If we are unable to dispatch your order within three business days, we will attempt to contact you and advise you of the expected delay.

Please check your delivery address carefully, as we will not be responsible for delivery of items to an incorrect address. The customer shall be responsible for the costs incurred if an item has to be re-sent due to an incorrect address. Once your order has been shipped, you are not able to cancel your order.

PAYMENT

Payment options provided by Raptor Outfitters include Visa, Mastercard, and Direct Credit. If payment is not received within 7 days of placing the order, Raptor Outfitters reserves the right to cancel the order.

RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

If an order has been dispatched by courier and is not received, or if an item is received and it is either damaged or faulty, a return claim MUST be filed within 14 days from the date of dispatch of goods. Email details of your claim to sales@raptoroutfitters.co.nz.

The following options will then be made available:

1. Replacement: If possible, a replacement will be sent, subject to availability.

2. Credit: If no replacement is available, a credit will be for the full amount of the purchase price.

3. Refund: If a refund is required, it will be provided according to the original payment method. (i.e., if payment was made on Visa, the Visa will be credited. If the item was purchased by direct credit, it will be refunded via direct credit.)

4. Exchange: Returns are not accepted due to change of mind, so please choose carefully. Exchanges will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received and in the original packaging.

No part of this site may be reproduced for any reason nor may parts of the site be displayed anywhere apart from raptoroutfitters.co.nz unless written permission has been granted by Raptor Outfitters. Your access to raptoroutfitters.co.nz website is under the condition that you will not interfere with or attempt to interfere with any of the content.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO NEGLIGENCE, SHALL RAPTOR OUTFITTERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF DATA OR PROFIT, ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE MATERIALS ON THIS SITE.

ALL OUTDOOR EQUIPMENT IS SOLD AS-IS, AND BY PURCHASING YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THE INHERENT RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH ITS USE. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure proper training, safety practices, and local legal compliance regarding any use of knives, tools, or survival gear.

If your use of materials from this site results in the need for servicing, repair, or correction of equipment or data, you assume any costs thereof.
