Post-Soviet & Eastern European Surplus
Eastern Europe remains one of the most historically significant regions within the modern surplus and collector market.
Following the collapse of the Soviet Union and the restructuring of former Warsaw Pact militaries, enormous quantities of military equipment passed through reserve arsenals, state liquidations, modernization programs, and export pathways throughout countries such as Poland, the Czech Republic, Romania, Bulgaria, Serbia, and other former Eastern Bloc nations.
Many of the most recognizable surplus firearms and field items of the last thirty years — from SKS carbines and Tokarevs to AK-pattern rifles, military optics, and Cold War field equipment — originated from these post-Soviet disposal channels.
Today, genuine surplus from these regions is becoming increasingly scarce as stockpiles diminish, regulations tighten, and historical equipment transitions into long-term private collections.
Africa & South America
Africa and South America also remain historically important regions within the global heritage and surplus market.
Across both continents, military equipment has moved through reserve stockpiles, police modernization programs, Cold War procurement initiatives, and long-standing government arsenals over the last century.
